Is Plano still in beta?
Yes. The product shows a Beta badge. The generate path is live for feedback. It is not a finished travel OS. Features and copy can change.
Can Plano make mistakes?
Yes. Treat every plan as a draft. Always double-check bookings, hours, and travel times before you pay or commit.
What is Plano?
An AI trip planner. You answer a short interview. Plano returns a day-by-day itinerary that should respect your locks and use real places you can check.
What is Plano not?
Not a human travel-agent desk. Not a booking or checkout desk. Not a capture inbox for links, receipts, or photo dumps. Not a collaborative trip organizer. Not a pin-picker.
Do I pick places on a map to build the trip?
No. Interview in, itinerary out. Plano composes. You do not curate a card wall to continue.
What is the honor brief?
Typed facts the plan should respect: hotel, flights in and out, locked venues, hard arrive-by and checkout-by times. Not free-text hope.
Do you book hotels and flights for me?
No. Plano builds the plan. You book where you already trust.
Do I get a human travel expert?
No. Plano is software on your brief, not a call with an agent.
Will Plano suggest hotels with prices in chat?
If you lock a hotel in the honor brief, the days can build around it. We do not run a guest hotel marketplace inside the planner.
Is Plano free?
Pricing may change. Basic planning is available without a forever-free claim.
Do I need an account to see a real plan?
You should get a serious first plan from the interview. Save, share, or export may ask for an account when those features need it.
What data do you use?

How accurate are hours and commute?
Places and hours bind on the server so the plan is less vague, but listings change. Open the plan, verify what matters, then book elsewhere.
What should I double-check before paying?
Bookings, opening hours, transit and drive times, visa and entry rules, and anything that costs money.
