Plano is in beta. This page is a short public note, not a finished legal policy. Practices and this page can change. We will update this page when the policy hardens.
What we collect.
Depending on how you use Plano:
- Account email, if you sign in or create an account.
- Trip content you enter: interview answers, honor-brief facts, and itineraries you generate or edit.
- Basic technical logs needed to run and debug the service (for example path, timing, and error ids).
- We use analytics measurement to understand how people use the product (for example pages and key events) and masked session data to diagnose errors. Questions: hello@plano.travel.
This stub does not list third-party processors, retention calendars, or model-training claims.
Cookies, analytics measurement, and advertising measurement run only when the traveler consents.

Plano is operated from Latvia in the European Union. Public contact: hello@plano.travel. Company registry details are a counsel placeholder until counsel supplies the final entity line.

What Plano is not.
Plano is not a booking desk. We build plans. You book hotels and flights where you already trust. Always double-check bookings, hours, and travel times before you pay or commit.
