Beta.
Plano is in beta. These terms are a short public stub, not counsel-final. Beta use is at your own risk. Features and this page can change. There is no invented uptime promise.
Plans are drafts.
Itineraries are drafts to open and check. Plano can make mistakes. Always double-check bookings, opening hours, transit and drive times, visa and entry rules, and anything that costs money before you pay or commit.
Not a booking desk.
Plano builds and grounds a plan. We do not book hotels or flights for you, run a checkout cart, or staff a human travel desk. You book where you already trust.
Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plano and its operators provide the beta service as-is and as-available, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This paragraph is a beta placeholder for counsel.
Operator.
Plano is operated from Latvia in the European Union. Public contact: hello@plano.travel. Company registry details are a counsel placeholder until counsel supplies the final entity line.
Applicable law.

Trip Pass refunds.
Trip Pass is a one-time €4.99 unlock of replans beyond 5 applied changes for that trip. Create, share, and Print stay free. PDF and ICS stay free. You pay through a payment processor. To request a refund, email hello@plano.travel. A refund removes Trip Pass for that trip. This is a soft-beta stub and may change.
