Trip Pass is a one-time digital purchase tied to a trip (export and related paid unlocks). Plano is not a hotel or flight booking desk.
How to ask.
If a payment looks wrong, or you need a refund request reviewed, email hello@plano.travel with the trip link and the checkout or receipt id if you have one.
